On Line Application Process

Students requesting to attend RYLA must be pre-approved by a Sponsoring Rotary Club.  A list of Rotary clubs can be found on the District 7570 CLub page.  Once a student has submitted an application, the Rotary contact will receive an email to approve or reject the applicant.  This must be done by October 31, 2024. 

Applications must be received by Oct. 14th, 2024Late cancellations will not be accepted after Oct. 31, 2024.  A completed application must include both the signed student and parent assurance form and the student participation form.  Those forms should be printed out, signed, and scanned and submitted to the application.


The RYLA Chair evaluates the applications and prioritizes the following criteria:

  • Participation in Rotary Youth Exchange

  • Those who have not previously attended RYLA

  • Representation from different schools and clubs

All RYLA participants must agree to the Student Code of Conduct.
